New discoveries after reading this week's US:

* Paris Hilton has called off her engagement and is not dating Mary Kate Olsen's boyfriend! Bitch! (Mary Kate obviously has now since broken up with him)
* Paris Hilton was seen "canoodling" with Stephen from Laguna Beach: The Real OC! This is hard for me to believe b/c he's just a regular boring guy who was in a reality show! She's a hotel heiress! But there's photographic evidence so I guess it's true (Smart move on his part btw getting into a picture with Paris)
* Chad Michael Murray apparently cheated on Sophia Bush with... omg you won't believe this.... PARIS HILTON!! Are there NO limits to who Paris will hook up with?! Gawd!

As for the Nick and Jess thing, I totally believe US when they say that Joe Simpson was the major point of conflict b/w the two. I mean, if you see all the pictures of Nick and Jess, Joe is ALWAYS there with them! Geez. Learn to let go man... your daughter's married!

The mag also stated the usual stuff about Jess' career taking off, how she's into partying now, how she's a diva and - this was funny - how she thinks of herself as a huge movie star b/c Dukes of Hazzard opened at #1 at the box office. Calm it Jess, it was ONE movie. I mean Alicia Silverstone had ONE movie hit and where is she now? I'm clueless.

Finally, the Laguna Bitches (oops I mean Laguna Beach girls) are featured in a spread about make-up. They have Jessica, Kristen and (my fav) Alex H. They all look really good. Apparently MTV is having trouble signing them for another season of LB b/c they are getting paid way more to do these magazine shoots... say it ain't so! I love me some soapy teen reality shows!
