Most boring night of WB shows ever.

Smallville has something to do with vampires and Lana being possessed again and then Chloe was writing this zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Sorry, it was really hard to sit through it without rolling my eyes.

Everwood had some good one-liners in there, courtesy of Bright and Hannah as usual, but other than the sappy ending there also wasn't a lot to talk about. I totally thought Jake was gonna pull out the drugs or something after Edna told him he was stressing himself out and stuff. I mean, he's just a guest star so you know something has to happen to him right?

Azadeh asked me if Reid is gay or not. I think he's neither gay nor straight. He's a player that's what he is. He's like leading Amy on and then ditching her and then kissing her? Way to make a girl confused!

But enough about Everwood... because I really want to talk about ONE TREE HILL!!

Now b/c I'm BFF with Tyler Hilton, I knew that his first appearance this season would be in the Halloween episode. So I was totally waiting for his reappearance throughout the show. When the mysterious Batman kissed Hayley I was like "that's him!" And of course at the end, I was right. Some posters over at the wb message boards think Nathan kissed Hayley and that the writers were just screwing with our minds, but mestillthinks it's Chris. BTW, who else hates his new hairdo? It's so... weird!

The thing about One Tree Hill is that no matter how uneven the first 40 minutes of the episode are, they always wrap it up with a sentimental/sappy/serious final scene. And this week's show was no exception. I loved how Peyton's real mom told her that she couldn't draw for her life and then at the end she's sketching in her notebook! That was definitely an "aww" moment for me and by that I mean I let out a loud "AWWWW!!" promptly waking up my roommate and the neighbors upstairs.

I also "AWW"ed when Dan said he was running for mayor and blackmailed Deb, but it was more of a disgusted "aw!" then a sweet "awwww." Does that make sense to you?

The whole interplay b/w Dan and Deb was funny, although at the end, Dan went too far! I mean, I laughed when the phone was stuck to Deb's ears but it's so elementary school y'know? And really, there is nothing remotely redeeming about Dan's character. If Deb ends up falling in love with Dan again I am going to be so mad!

Back to the WB message boards for a second. I must address something that the posters brought up: What if Peyton's real dad was Dan? Eww. and Eww.

It's totally gross right? But knowing the OTH writers we may just get what we don't want....
