It's Charlotte Church!! The one-time child opera singer!

She took a break from music and is now back and refashioning her career as a rock chick. She's trying to be like a sluttier and angrier Avril but sadly it's not working out too hot. Apparently she's also trying to bring back pleather which also, is not working out for her.
