People! Enough of this "Vonzelle was fake crying to gain sympathy votes" talk! According to my stellar research (and by "research" I mean my obssessive browsing of the Television Without Pity forums and the IdolonFox.com message boards), apparently someone close to Vonzelle passed away from cancer the other night! That, or she lost an eyelash curler. I'm not sure. But the point is, she was crying for a very valid reason!

Sorta reminded me of last year when Jasmine Trias started crying after Simon insulted her. I felt bad, but it meant people gave her tons of vote and sent LaToya London home instead! Thankfully, sparing Vonzelle last night meant that Anthony (Don't call me Clay) Federov was finally deported from the Idol stage. Ouch. Mean Ukrainian immigrant joke. "I'm just being honest."


In other TV news, Smallville is getting gooooood! Last week Lana and Clark had a baby (uh-huh.. watch it if you don't believe me) and it was such a sweet and touching episode! And this week, Jason... died?! I'm so confused. The writers said that someone would die in the season finale, which isn't until next week. So does that mean ANOTHER character will bite the dust? Here's hoping it's Lionel. I don't care if he's bad or good or bad or good - I don't like him. All the old people need to get off the teen shows y'know? Caleb on The OC, Lionel on Smallville and while we're on the subject, what does Coach Whitney really contribute to One Tree Hill? Kill him off already!

Finally, must mention this week's episode of Everwood. I cannot believe how sad it was when...... Ephram sold his piano! And to such a weird guy? Pssh, I would've bought his baby grand! Okay fine, it was also sad at the very end when Rose couldn't feel her legs. Why did they have to give her cancer?! As if the show hasn't had enough drama - death, AIDS, pregnancy, affairs...! Rose is one older character I DON'T want to see dead! She's one of the characters who actually contributes something - a voice of reason, normalcy, etc. Edna and Irv I don't care for. Where are they anyway? Kill them off.
