Why did they pick that recipient for tonight's special $50 000 What Not to Wear episode? I mean, was she really dressing THAT bad? (I sorta liked the green jacket/blue jeans outfit she wore in the beginning...) Plus I bet some of the new pieces she picked up would totally have been trashed on a regular episode of WNTW if they weren't "couture" (The leopard skin anything and curtain-pattern jacket in particular were not hot). But that being said, it was fun and not jealous at all to watch her spend 50 grand in Par-ee and get first class treatment in the most expensive boutiques in the world. Stacy and Clinton are tres drole as well and I really enjoy their back and forth banter! Stacy trying black slang is hillarious! (That is "off the TRAIN?!") And as soon as I check some sign language websites online to verify what finger-symbol-thing they were doing I'm totally gonna start using the new catchphrase: "Pur-chase!" But I mean, I'll be using it in like GAP rather than Armani and so basically no one will pay attention to me and give me awkwardly weird stares rather than prompt personal attention and a cup of tea. Meh.
