O.C.? More like O.Zzzzzzzzz....

I seriously could NOT keep myself awake during The OC tonight! And don't blame my lack of sleep because I was drinking a coffee WHILE watching the show! I dunno if the writers are losing their touch or trying to hard to have the one-liners, but there was barely anything interesting about tonight's episode (save for Summer's awesome new curly hairdo and her argyle sweater). I was so restless I almost switched channels to... MusiquePlus... twice. Mon dieu!

Maybe it's because "hunky gardener boy" only conjures up images of what's his name on Desperate Housewives or because "Mischa Barton" only conjures up images of regurgitated food down the toilet... but I did NOT buy the whole Marissa-loves-the-yardboy storyline. They had absolutely NO chemistry! Ryan on the other hand, now has chemistry three times a week thanks to his "advanced" schedule. As if we're 'spose to believe that Chino breeds geniuses...

I DID, however, like Zach, the new guy. He's like the only normal character there. And by normal, I mean an actor who just reads his lines exactly the way they are and doesn't try too hard to improv or be funny. And he looks normal too y'know? Not too curly, not too short, not too skinny... I like this non-threatening character stuff. Enough with the *drama* y'know?
